Ingredients
  • 1 lb Greenridge Farm Black Forest Ham (thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices Gruyere cheese
  • 4 ea Brioche rolls (sliced in half)
  • 4 tbsp salted butter (room temperature)
  • 4 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
Instructions

    Butter outside of each half of the brioche rolls.

    Stack Greenridge Farm Black Forest Ham on roll and top with gruyere.

    Mix mustard and honey and smear on piece of brioche.

    Sauté over medium heat until cheese melts, roughly 5 minutes.
