Ingredients
  • 1 pound Greenridge Farm Black Forest Ham (thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices Gruyere cheese
  • 4 ea Brioche rolls (sliced in half)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter (room temperature)
  • 4 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
  1. Butter outside of each half of the brioche rolls.

  2. Stack Greenridge Farm Black Forest Ham on roll and top with gruyere.

  3. Mix mustard and honey and smear on piece of brioche.

  4. Sauté over medium heat until cheese melts, roughly 5 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
