Description

Get ready to indulge with this perfect crowd-friendly appetizer, Greenridge Naturals' Cheesy Bacon Pull-Apart Bread. This recipe combines the savory-ness of our Uncured Canadian Bacon and tang of sharp cheddar cheese into a party-perfect platter. This bread takes it to the next level,  it's cheesy, savory, smokey, and salty. A little decadent and a lot of delicious.  

Ingredients
  • 6 slices Greenridge Naturals Uncured Canadian Bacon (sliced to desired thickness) (cut in half)
  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 6 slices Greenridge Naturals Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large skillet cook the Hunter's Brand Bacon over medium heat.  Remove from heat once halfway cooked and roughly chop.

  3. Cut slits halfway through the bread to create a checkerboard pattern.

  4. Stuff the bread with cheddar cheese and chopped bacon.

  5. In a small bowl mix the butter and ranch dressing together. Pour the mixture over the bread.

  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place on a cooking sheet.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes.

  8. Unwrap the bread and return to the cooking sheet. Bake until the cheese is melted and bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes.

  9. Enjoy!
