  • 4 Greenridge Naturals Black Forest Pork Sausage (finely sliced)
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 cups Greenridge Naturals Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (15 oz)
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes and green chilies (10 oz, drained)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  1. In a large skillet add the sausage and cook until warmed through, Drain any grease away.

  2. On medium low heat, cut the cream cheese and cheddar cheese into cubes and add them to the pan.

  3. Cook until the cheese have melted, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add the whole kernel corn, tomatoes and chilies and garlic powder. Cook until heated through.
