  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 head red cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 head green cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 5 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large carrot (shaved into ribbons using a vegetable peeler)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 10.7 ounce can of Mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
