INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Package Greenridge Mild Italian Chicken Sausage, sliced
  • 1 Package refrigerated or frozen gnocchi of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oilve
  • 2 Tbsp Basil Pesto, or Pesto of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked pepper

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Spread sliced Greenridge sausages and gnocchi on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over everything and turn coating all sides with a rubber spatula. Season well with salt and pepper

    Bake for 10 min and remove from oven tossing and rotating the sausage and gnocchi. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until sausages and gnocchi are plump and crisp on both sides.

    Remove from oven and drizzle 2 tbsp basil pesto all over, mixing well with a rubber spatula. Serve immediately. Top with fresh parmesan and herbs!
