Ingredients
  • 3 slices Greenridge Naturals Tacchino Turkey
  • 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cup arugula
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 whole wheat pita
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard.
