Ingredients
  • 4 Greenridge Naturals Black Forest Chicken Sausages (sliced)
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
  • 7 cups brussel sprouts (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
