Ingredients
  • 1 Greenridge Polish Sausages (Sliced 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Diced Yellow Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 10 oz Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 cup Bow Tie Pasta ((Fafalle))
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Greenridge Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Scallions
Instructions
  1. Heat it Up

    Place a large iron skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

  2. Cook the Onions

    Add the onions to the skillet and cook until transparent and lightly brown.

  3. Cook the Sausage

    Slice the Polish Sausages in 1/2 inch pieces. Toss in the sausage and garlic, cooking until the sausages are heated through- about 10 minutes.

  4. Make the Sauce

    Add the chicken broth, tomatoes, heavy cream, uncooked pasta and salt & pepper to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a low boil, reduce heat, and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.

  5. Make it CheeseyStir in the Greenridge Farm Sharp Cheddar Cheese and continuously stir until the cheese has completely melted.
  6. Get Ready to Eat
