  4. While the tater-tots are thawing, slice the Greenridge Farm Andouille Sausage into bite-sized pieces.

  5. Slice the mushrooms and dice the onions.

  6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed tater-tots, sliced andouille sausage, sliced mushrooms, diced onions, and shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
