FOR THE SAUCE
Mix together the olive oil, vinegar, mayonnaise and Italian seasoning until well combined. Then pour over and mix with shredded lettuce or greens of your choice until fully incorporated, set aside.Â

STEP ONE
Cut open your loaf of bread lengthwise, toast for 2-3 minutes. Then rub one clove of garlic on each piece of bread, and lightly smear olive oil (or butter) on.Â

STEP TWO
Begin to layer on your meat and cheeses in your perferred order, ending with the shredded mozzarella on top. We love to go meat-cheese-meat- cheese. Don't be shy about how much you put on, this meant to feed a hungry crowd after all!Â

Toast until mozzarella is fully melted on top

Top with shredded lettuce, mayo mixture, sliced onions., and roasted red peppers. Feel free to sprinkle on a dash of salt and pepper, with any additional fresh herbs you'd like. Cut in pieces and serve immediately!Â
