Add tomatoes, turkey, ham, cheese, hard-boiled eggs avocado and red onion in long rows on top of the lettuce.
Set aside while preparing the vinaigrette.

Combine olive oil, rice wine vinegar, raspberry honey mustard and honey in a strong bowl.
