Instructions

  1. Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Step Two

Using a large bread knife, slice through all the rolls as a sheet keeping the individual rolls intact. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.

  3. Step Three

In a small bowl, melt 4 Tbsp butter. Add Greenridge Dijon Mustard (Click here to order yours!)  and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk together until completely combined and spread the butter mixture evenly over the top and bottom half of the rolls.

  4. Step Four

Evenly top the roll bottoms with ham slices, pulled pork, shredded cheese and cheese slices. Gently push down into an even layer. Add well-drained pickles. Finally place the top half of the rolls back on top.

  5. Step Five

In another small bowl, add the remaining 4 Tbsp butter, 1 tsp each minced garlic, minced onion and poppy seeds. Brush on top and sides of all the rolls.

  6. Step Six

Cover loosely with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until tops of rolls are golden brown. Enjoy!
