Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Lightly grease four mini tart pans and set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, salt, and black pepper until they are well-blended.

  4. Add the chopped ham, shredded Havarti cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the egg mixture, and stir everything together.

  5. Microwave the egg and ham mixture for 30 seconds on high. Remove from the microwave and stir the mixture. Place it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds.

  6. Repeat step 5 until the eggs start to look scrambled.

  7. Lightly dust the puff pastry sheet with flour and gently roll it out until it is thin enough to cut into four pieces that will cover and go over the mini tart pans.

  8. Place the puff pastry pieces into each tart pan, and press the dough into the bottom and sides of the pan.

  9. Pour the egg and ham mixture into the tart pans, filling them about 3/4 full.

  10. Gently fold the corners of the puff pastry over the eggs and brush melted butter over the dough.

  11. Bake the souffles in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the eggs are puffed.

  12. Remove the souffles from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the tart pans.

  13. Serve the souffles hot and enjoy!
