Our All Natural Beef Sausages are made with quality grass-fed beef and seasoned with black pepper, garlic, and brown sugar to create a slightly sweet and smokey sausage that nods to our Polish roots. Hand trimmed and hardwood smoked in-house with a natural sheep casing, these are low sodium, free of MSG, SOY, gluten, with no added nitrates, nitrites, artificial flavors or colors.
