Take the frozen tater-tots out of the freezer and allow them to thaw for about 10-15 minutes.

While the tater-tots are thawing, slice the Greenridge Farm Andouille Sausage into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the mushrooms and dice the onions.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed tater-tots, sliced andouille sausage, sliced mushrooms, diced onions, and shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
