We took our true Polish sausage recipe and smoked it in-house creating this 100% all-natural and delicious sausage. Lean cuts of pork are seasoned with the perfect blend of natural spices including brown sugar and black pepper before being placed in our hardwood smokers where they are perfectly cooked for hours.
